Press Delivery Evacuation System
	The Soneko Evacuation System efficiently removes vapor and odors produced by aqueous coatings from the pressroom. Excess heat from the IR system and hot air knives is also exhausted from the building which lessens the load on the air conditioning system.
	The delivery hood is low profile to clear the retractor mechanism for add-on blanket coaters. A large hinged access door with safety switch allows easy access to the sprayer and inside of the press delivery.
	The evacuation system uses a high efficiency 12" axial fan with variable speed drive to allow proper delivery of printed sheets of any weight or press speed. A remote mount control allows the pressman to set fan speed while watching the press delivery at production speed. This setting is maintained throughout the run.
	Central Filtering for single or multiple presses is also available in situations where pressroom air must be recirculated.
HOME	Vapor from aqueous coatings containing moisture and odors are efficiently removed from the delivery and the operator area. Drying of coatings is assisted because air is rapidly replaced in the delivery while the press is in production.
